Registration
The student conclave is free for ArizOTA Student Members.
If you are not a member, the cost is $25 and includes a one year ArizOTA student membership.

Please note: The conference schedule is subject to change, and any refunds to participants due to schedule changes are at the discretion of the conference planning committee.
Note to Student Conclave Registrants
If you would like to attend the conference on Friday, in addition to the Student Conclave on Saturday, you are more than welcome to attend. The additional cost of attending the conference on Friday will be automatically added to your registration fee.
This special event, closing out our first day of conference together with fellow attendees, will take place on Friday, 10/18 from 5-7p. This add-on includes 2 drinks and hors d'oeuvres. MUST BE 21 + TO DRINK ALCOHOL.
Payment
Please note that cancellations must be emailed to office@arizota.org on or before October 7th in orded to receive a refund. A $30 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds for cancellations received after this date are at the discretion of the conference planning committee.
Registration rates will increase by $15 once discounted Early Bird rates expire on Friday, September 27, 2024, at 11:59 PM.

By checking the 'I/We Agree' box below, I hereby grant permission to ArizOTA to use photographs and/or video of me and/or our group taken at the 2024 ArizOTA Conference on Oct 18-19, 2024 in publications, online, and in other communications related to the mission of ArizOTA.
