Abstract:

During this session, an NBCOT Ambassador will share valuable information about preparing and applyingfor the national OTR and COTA certification exams. Specific topics include exclusive details about theexams, study tool resources, test day information, data regarding exam questions, and advice from otherstudents and recent certificants. This presentation will allow you to be better informed about the variousaspects of the national certification exam experience.

Gina Buban, OTD, OTR/L, is an Associate Clinical Professor and proud NBCOT Ambassador dedicated toadvancing student success in occupational therapy. In her role, she educates students on the certificationprocess, offering resources and encouragement to support exam readiness and professional growth,while also promoting NBCOT initiatives that highlight the value of the profession beyond initialcredentialing.
