During this presentation, we will review recent legal decisions, legislation, OCR decisions, and guidance documents.  Additionally, we will review tips to avoid legal liability in your day to day practices.
 

Biography

Heather R. Pierson joined Udall Shumway PLC in 2009.  She is a member of the School Law section, representing the firm's education law clients throughout the State.
