Abstract

Preparing for Level II Fieldwork can be both exciting and overwhelming for occupational therapy students. Join AZOTEEC for a dynamic and interactive panel discussion designed to prepare occupational therapy students for the challenges and opportunities of Level II Fieldwork. This session brings together a diverse
group of panelists—including fieldwork educators, recent graduates, and academic faculty—who will share their unique insights, real-world experiences, and practical advice for success in clinical placements.

Panelists will explore key topics such as professional expectations, communication with supervisors, managing feedback, and navigating the emotional and cognitive demands of fieldwork. Students will gain a deeper understanding of how to approach different settings, advocate for their learning needs, and build
confidence in their clinical reasoning and therapeutic use of self.

The session will include a moderated Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to ask questions and engage directly with the panel. Whether you're preparing for your first placement or looking to refine your approach, this panel will provide valuable guidance and inspiration to support your journey from student to
emerging professional.
